It is intuitive and thoughtful, and I really appreciate how open the VOGSY team is to feedback and recommendations. I spent MONTHS demoing and testing project management tools that were bloated and overpriced. VOGSY gives you the best of what you need at a price that is appropriate! I like that VOGSY can track a customer from whatever point in your sales process that you want to (integrating with your CRM), that you can plan a project, do resource management, and dive into all aspects of utilization, project budget health, company KPIs, revenue tracking, and more. The reporting is deep and between it' out-of-the-box charts and full access to all data via Google Workspace, you can literally find any data point you need! VOGSY offers collaboration on the Customer-level, the project-level, all the way down to the task-level, plus tying it into your Google Inbox is great so you can track conversations beyond VOGSY. Very nice! It is so customizable too! Once you get the hang of how the data and workflows through the system, you can fine-tune all of your settings to get you just what you want to see!
