Easy to access

Keeps your team in sync with everyone, the structure is very well defined so you can avoid confusion in the app for navigation, which is the outcast feature compared to other apps in the market.

What is Vocantas?

Vocantas is a workforce communication and shift fill automation platform built for healthcare and manufacturing organizations. The Communicate product line automates shift callouts, replacing manual phone calls with multi-channel outreach across IVR voice, SMS, mobile app, email, and secure web portal. Open shifts are communicated to eligible employees in seconds, employees bid through their preferred channel, and shifts are awarded automatically through intelligent matching against custom business rules; including seniority, skillset, union contract terms, and labor cost, with a complete audit trail to support grievance resolution. Differentiated capabilities include Staggered callouts for fair, rules-based shift distribution that eliminates grievances; a mobile employee scheduling app that reduces enterprise SMS costs through push notifications; bidirectional absence reporting; and Vocantas's depth of WFM integration with UKG Pro Workforce Management, Dayforce, and Kronos. Over the past three years, Vocantas has delivered more than 1 billion SMS notifications, processed 28 million shift callouts and 21 million IVR voice callouts, and handled 5 million inbound absence call-ins.
