Vocalenda is an AI phone receptionist for appointment-based businesses in the UK, including barbershops and salons, dental practices, driving instructors, and trades such as plumbers, electricians and heating engineers. Vocalenda answers every inbound call, at any hour, in a natural voice. It checks live availability in the connected Google Calendar, offers the caller real open slots, and books, reschedules or cancels the appointment during the call. Every booking writes straight to the calendar, and two-way sync means appointments added by hand are respected as busy time. Each caller receives an SMS confirmation sent from the number they dialled. Up to five staff members are supported, each with their own calendar, so callers can book with a specific person. Questions the assistant cannot answer are captured as messages and delivered to the dashboard with a full call transcript before the call ends. Callers who ask for a person can be transferred to a real phone number. Setup takes one session: connect Google Calendar, add services, prices and opening hours, choose a voice, then use the dedicated UK number provided or forward an existing business number to it.
