VkMonitor gives managers visibility into how their teams actually work, replacing assumptions with data — without turning the workplace into surveillance. A lightweight Windows agent streams encrypted activity data to a web dashboard. Managers see in real time who is online, a daily activity and productivity score per employee, an hour-by-hour timeline color-coded by intensity, and the apps and websites consuming the workday. Email alerts fire on prolonged inactivity, and PDF reports can be generated on demand. When an employee opens a monitored app or website that triggers an alert rule, VkMonitor captures a screenshot as evidence of that event, stored with the rule, timestamp and purpose — auditable, never continuous surveillance. Data is deleted at the end of the plan's retention window, with audit logs, under Brazil's LGPD. Enterprise adds AI diagnostics, geolocation, Microsoft Entra ID SSO and a REST API.
