Chalkbell is a school management system (school ERP) for private K-12 schools in India. Admissions, attendance, fees, exams, timetable, transport and parent communication all run on one student record, so the office never types anything twice. Fees handle concessions, instalments, late fines and numbered receipts, and online payments go straight into the school's own Razorpay account. Students tap RFID cards at the gate and are marked present or late automatically, even on older readers. CBSE-format report cards, live bus tracking, online admissions without a payment gateway, and study material, quizzes and live-class links are built in. AI helps with two jobs: it drafts each student's report card remark from their own marks and attendance, and it builds clash-free timetables from rules written in plain words. Teachers approve everything before it is saved, and student names are never sent to the AI. Every school also gets its own website and an Android parent app published in the school's name.
