CCS Plus is a cloud-based salon management system for beauty salons, spas, hair salons, nail studios and aesthetic clinics, developed by Vital Design Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. Its predecessor, CCS, has served salons since 2004. CCS Plus covers POS billing, customer profiles, bookings and bed scheduling, inventory and inter-outlet stock transfers, staff commission and payroll. It supports 10 package and prepaid types (Course, Program, Prepaid, Top Up, eWallet, Club, Voucher, Coupon, Token, Deposit) with automatic session deduction and outstanding-balance tracking. Beyond billing, CCS Plus generates 1,000+ multi-dimensional reports that show which customers should have returned, which staff retain customers best and where money leaks. Every night, owners receive sales and staff performance on WhatsApp. Staff use the Staff App for commission and schedules; customers use the Customer App for balances, points and coupons. Runs on phones, tablets and computers with no hardware lock-in. From RM59 per month, billed monthly, no contract.
