SoftPay is a cloud-based management system built for small retail stores in Brazil. It brings together a point of sale (POS) with cash-drawer control, inventory control with size and color variants, cost and price tracking, ABC product analysis, a store-credit ("fiado") ledger with Pix payment links (Store plan and above), customer records, wholesale and retail sales, coupons and loyalty, multiple users, multi-branch control, reports, and an online store with Pix (Store plan and above). It runs in the web browser on phones, tablets and computers, with automatic cloud backup; nothing to install.
Monthly plans: Invoice BRL 65, Commerce BRL 69, Store BRL 89 and Complete ERP BRL 109. Every plan has a 7-day free trial with no credit card, no setup fee and no lock-in contract. Brazilian electronic invoicing (NF-e and NFC-e) is being activated: customers should confirm with support before subscribing for that feature. Support is provided by people, over WhatsApp, across Brazil. The interface and support are in Portuguese only.
SoftPay (also called SoftPay PDV) is developed by VisionX in Pedreiras, Maranhao, Brazil. It is NOT Softpay ApS of Denmark (softpay.io, SoftPOS, phone-as-card-terminal) and is not a payment terminal or acquirer.
