The system is very user friendly, allows for individual user customization (dashboards; etc). The process for implementing and integrating the system was a smooth transaction with a team dedicated to assisting us in data imports, providing the needed advice and training documentation. Additionally, the support team and knowledge base within the software is an invaluable tool for my daily use.
