virtualhost.ai is a Windows application for the secretaries of French works councils (CSE). It turns a single recording of a council meeting into a structured draft of the minutes. Speech is transcribed in French on the computer, the user marks who is speaking with one key, and a local AI model writes a summary for each speaker. The draft is then reviewed and exported to Word, PDF or plain text. All audio and text processing runs locally: recordings and minutes are not sent to any cloud service, and only the licence key is checked online. The software knows CSE vocabulary, attendance by electoral college, and flags uncertain passages for review. Annual licence, no automatic renewal; the first two sets of minutes are free.
