Virage is management software built for car rental agencies in Morocco. Its Cockpit replaces the notebook, the Excel file and the WhatsApp threads that most agencies still use to run their fleet.
The booking calendar shows every car day by day and refuses a second booking on a car that is already taken for those dates. Each booking keeps the customer file, the amount paid, the balance and the deposit, so the counter knows at a glance who still owes money. A photo of the customer's ID card fills the booking (the photo is not stored), and the rental contract is generated in one click as a bilingual French/Arabic PDF. Check-out and check-in come with a guided photo inspection, and the return is compared with the departure.
Virage also handles the admin side of a fleet: alerts before insurance, technical inspection or road tax expire; a daily view of hand-overs and returns; late returns and no-shows; occupancy per car, idle cars, and costs and profitability per car; and a monthly export for the accountant. When a traffic fine arrives, "Find the driver" matches the car, date and time of the notice to the rental that covered that moment.
The interface is available in English, French and full right-to-left Arabic, for owners and counter staff alike. It runs in the browser on phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install. Agencies own their data and can export it at any time.
Pricing is in Moroccan dirhams. Starter is free for up to 6 cars, with no time limit. Pro costs 290 MAD per month, with unlimited cars and users. Business costs 5,900 MAD per year, payable in one or two installments, and adds a booking website built by Virage and connected to the Cockpit, plus an AI receptionist. Every new account gets its first month free, with every Cockpit feature (the website is not part of the trial). Payment is by bank transfer or cash deposit.
