PalletBrain is an online pallet load calculator for warehouse, logistics and shipping teams. Enter your box sizes and weights, choose a UK, Euro or US pallet (or a custom size), and PalletBrain plans how the boxes fit, showing the result in a live 3D preview.
It supports multi-pallet loads, pallet weight and height limits, upright-only and fragile-box rules, and overhang warnings. Packing modes let you favour maximum fill, stability or speed. Pro plans add freight density (PCF) and an estimated NMFC freight class, plus CSV export. Box libraries can be imported in bulk from Excel or CSV, and Team plans share libraries and saved configurations between colleagues, with roles and invites.
A free quick calculator needs no signup, and the Free plan has no time limit (up to 2 box types per calculation, with PDF export carrying a watermark). Paid plans start at £9 per month for one person (Pro) or £7 per seat per month for teams of two or more.
