VinculAI is practice management software for psychologists and therapists in Spain. It brings everything a psychology practice needs into one place: online booking, automatic reminders, encrypted session notes, billing and a website for the practice. Patients book on their own through the practitioner's booking link: an assistant talks to them, checks real availability and only offers slots that exist. Automatic reminders by email (and WhatsApp on higher plans) cut no-shows, and patients confirm or cancel in one tap. Session notes are encrypted before they are saved and only the treating professional can read them. The practitioner writes the essentials and AI structures the note in SOAP format for review. Each patient has a clinical record with documents, consent forms signed from the phone and a patient portal. Billing is built for Spain: receipts and invoices with healthcare VAT exemption, IRPF withholding, several issuers, deposits, session packs, online card payments and Veri*factu compliance included in every plan, plus exports for the accountant. Also included: video sessions (never recorded), business statistics, Google Calendar sync and team roles for small clinics. Data is hosted in the European Union.
