What I like best is that it gives me a way to test my thinking before I commit to a direction. I can see how people respond and why, then compare that with what happens in the real world.

I found the interface intuitive, the data obtained reliable, and the speed of data collection remarkable. Viewpoints.ai has been instrumental in allowing me to conduct research that I would otherwise not be about to do. I study media psychology, and I recently used Viewpoints.ai to code a variety of variables associated with a large sample (N > 900) of social media videos. The ratings we were interested in were often quite subtle (e.g., the prominence of behavioral synchrony in the videos). We spent a lot of time validating the ratings obtained from Viewpoints.ai, and everything worked out beautifully.
