Vidaset is budgeting and quoting software for video production companies, agencies and independent producers. Cost the whole job line by line: crew on prep and shoot days, equipment, studio, post-production, production fee, insurance and up to three markups of your own, each calculated on production costs, on the total, or cascading. Two item lists come built in: Simple with 55 lines for quick quotes and Advanced with 286, with prep days for the crew and post broken down to reformats and cutdowns. Enter your rates once and they fill in on every new quote. The same budget becomes a client-ready PDF quote in one of 12 layouts and your brand colors, with price options side by side, optional extras, deliverables and your terms. In English, Polish, German, French, Spanish, Italian or Ukrainian, in any of 158 currencies. After the shoot, enter actual costs next to the quote and see the margin you really kept. Runs in the browser on Mac and Windows; quotes are stored in the EU. Made by working producers who quote their own productions in it every day. Free plan with every feature and 3 quotes. Pro: €19 per month or €180 per year, unlimited quotes. 30 days of Pro for every new account, no card required.
