VictVest is a technology company in Dubai, led by founder and CEO Youcef Haibaoui. We build the systems a business runs on: the app its customers use, the screen the owner runs it from, and the CRM, automations and AI underneath. What we build: - AI employees. Agents that talk like a person, not a script, and take real actions: they answer and qualify leads, book meetings, update the CRM and hand over to your team. - Custom mobile apps for iOS and Android, such as member apps for gyms and academies. - Owner dashboards that show leads, sales, team performance and ad spend in one place. - Websites that turn visitors into conversations and bookings. - CRM setup and integration on Kommo and Bitrix24, with WhatsApp connected. Who we work with: gyms and fight academies, real estate brokerages, car rental companies, and beauty and aesthetic clinics in the UAE. Our product for gyms, ComeBack, brings former members back with a personal message on the gym's own WhatsApp. The gym pays only when members return. Every system we build connects to your CRM. That is why we are an Official Kommo and Bitrix24 Partner. We were accepted into the Claude Startups program by Anthropic (October 2026). Our work includes the 971 MMA member app, live on the App Store. We work in English, Arabic and French.
