rates, availability and restrictions stay in sync, bookings land in the calendar.
Flat monthly fee, no per-booking cost and no commission on OTA bookings.
- **Booking engine** for direct bookings on your own website, with online payments via Stripe.
- **Calendar and reservations** for one or many properties, with iCal import/export.
- **Tourist tax** calculated automatically per guest and per night.
- **Guest registration with the authorities**: automatic in Italy (Alloggiati Web, ISTAT)
and the Czech Republic (UbyPort). Other countries are in development.
- **Online check-in** for guests, guest profiles and messages.
- **Revenue management (RMS)** with dynamic pricing rules.
- **Card payments at the front desk** with integrated Stripe Terminal / Tap to Pay.
- **Wellness module**: guests book spa treatments and products online, charged to their stay.
- Native apps for iOS, Android, Windows and macOS, in 21 languages.
