Its fair to say that we were a difficult client, with a complicated share capital structure (5 classes of share) and very particular requirements that needed addressing quickly. We wanted to use Vestd for company secretarial services and Companies House integration as well as for setting up and administering a share option scheme. Other platforms that we looked at told us they could not help. Vestd deployed its development team to amend the platform to accomodate our needs, without fuss or charging us more. The onboarding, investment and valuation teams (special thanks to James Schembri, Leo Freschini and Ashley Chambers) were incredibly responsive and attentive.
