Vesna is screening software for engineering hiring teams. It turns a job description into a rubric of must-haves and nice-to-haves, which the hiring team edits and endorses, and then scores every applicant against that rubric requirement by requirement, with the evidence behind each score attached to it. Where an application does not answer a requirement, Vesna drafts one short written question about that specific gap. The hiring team reviews and approves the question before it is sent. The candidate answers in their own words, the answer is scored, and the record updates. Vesna also reports how many applicants meet each requirement, so a team can see which requirement is thinning the pool, and keeps an append-only audit log of who decided what, on what evidence, and when. The log is exportable. Nothing is rejected automatically. Vesna recommends and a person decides. Vesna is sold to companies hiring backend and AI engineers. The users are technical recruiters and Heads of Talent. Candidates answer through a link and never hold an account. There is no consumer version.
