Reliable Tax Access, But Q Series Lacks User-Friendliness
I like being able to access the jurisdictions that I need in a pinch and making sure that our tax codes and rates are spot on. It really helps when we are in a pinch. I'm looking forward to upgrading to Vertex O Series in the near future.

Good products, but need improvements
Vertex works great for US and CA SUT/GST/HST tax calculations. I like the customizability with the Tax Assist Rules. I like that they offer multiple products
