Verity NHD is an online platform for ordering California Natural Hazard Disclosure (NHD) reports required under Civil Code section 1103. Real estate agents, escrow officers and transaction coordinators enter a property address and receive a statutory hazard-zone report built from live FEMA, CAL FIRE and California Geological Survey data, covering flood, fire, earthquake fault, seismic and other zones, plus environmental database checks. Each report includes a plain-English AI summary and eSignature at no extra cost. Reports can be billed to escrow, paid at checkout, or sent to the seller, and a Spanish version is available. California properties only.
