Veritise is an agentic governance, risk and compliance (GRC) platform built in the European Union for European regulatory requirements. It is operated by Veritise ApS, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. The platform serves B2B small and medium-sized enterprises of 10–250 staff across the EU and UK — typically SaaS, IT and professional services suppliers that carry regulatory obligations but have no dedicated compliance function. Its users are founders, COOs, CTOs and data protection officers who own compliance alongside another role. Veritise supports four frameworks natively rather than by mapping them onto a US baseline: the EU AI Act, GDPR, NIS 2 and ISAE 3402. Agents draft policies, gather and monitor evidence, track control status, and assemble the documentation needed for audit or for answering customer and supplier security questionnaires — including the supply-chain evidence requests now reaching SMEs through NIS 2. Where most compliance automation stops at generated output, every Veritise deliverable is reviewed by a certified expert before it reaches the customer. What the SME hands to an auditor, a regulator or a procurement team has had human professional scrutiny. ISAE 3402 support is the principal technical differentiator. The dominant compliance-automation vendors are US-built and do not support the assurance standard European service organisations are most often asked to produce, leaving a gap for EU suppliers who must evidence controls to their own customers. The solution is commercially available and in production use, delivered as a multi-tenant web application with published subscription pricing from EUR 15 to EUR 399 per month, plus optional expert services.
