VeriDraft is a policy-first AI customer support co-pilot. VeriDraft responses based solely on a company's policy documents such as their internal TOS, SOPs, store policies, compliance manuals, and procedures. VeriDraft eliminates AI hallucinations based on built-in firewalls that prevents it from going outside policy documents. If there isn't a clause in the documents that addresses a customer's question/concern, VeriDraft flags it for human review. VeriDraft's policy, "If it's not in the policy, it's not in the draft." VeriDraft ensures complete auditability, as it provides direct citations that are embedded in the actual draft, and justifies each and every draft response with a compliance score. Human agents are required to first review the citation clause and confirm that the drafted response matches the customer's question/concern. After which, a clipboard is unlocked and give agents access to copy/paste the draft. VeriDraft assist agents in remaining compliant and consistent with their company's policy documents, reduce agents' average handle time, as they no longer have to search through lengthy documents, and eliminate costly compliance errors.
