Vereinsbuddy is association management and accounting software built for clubs and non-profit associations in Austria. It brings members, dues, invoicing, donations, bank reconciliation and the annual financial statement into one platform, replacing a mix of spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Austrian requirements are built in, not bolted on: activity areas for correct VAT treatment, donation receipts with tax-privileged status and FinanzOnline export, compliant invoices, and revenue-expenditure accounting for the annual report. Dues are configured once and assigned individually or in bulk. Invoices and bookings are generated automatically on payment and carry a QR code for instant payment. Bank accounts connect via PSD2 and transactions are matched to open items. AI reads receipts from photos and PDFs, so a snapshot becomes a booking. Members import from spreadsheets with automatic column detection. Data is hosted in the EU. A native iOS app covers the workflow on the go.
