Venue Wright is event operations software for independent venues, resorts, event barns, and festival grounds. Banquet event orders, known as BEOs, along with to scale floor plans, pull lists, and staffing sheets are held on one record per event, so the diagram, the paperwork, and the setup crew work from the same numbers. The floor planner draws real equipment footprints and checks every layout against the inventory a venue owns, flagging a plan that calls for more rounds, chairs, or linens than are on hand. A photo of a paper banquet event order can be read into a draft. Outdoor and festival grounds planning covers satellite underlays, restrooms, water, power, fencing, and egress. Pull lists build from the layout. Staffing covers shift, role, and pay, with seasonal ratios set by the operator. The calendar flags double bookings. Banquet event orders, posting summaries, and staffing sheets print, and clients can be sent a share link. A seasonal site can be archived to stop billing.
