Venturalítica is a deep-tech company based in Donostia / San Sebastián, Spain, that brings assurance to AI in regulated environments. It produces signed evidence for each high-risk AI system, risk by risk: how each risk was treated, which controls apply and with what acceptance criteria, what result each control produced, and with which data and which model. From that evidence it assembles the technical documentation required by Annex IV of the EU AI Act. It is built for the person who answers for the system — quality, compliance or legal — and it adapts to the tools the technical teams already use. It does not certify anything and does not replace the conformity assessment: it gives whoever answers for the system the means to demonstrate it. When there is no evidence to affirm or to deny something, it says so. Beyond the EU AI Act, it addresses part of the standards that overlap in each sector, such as MDR for medical devices, DORA for banking and ISO/IEC 42001. The company is incubated at BIC Gipuzkoa, a graduate of Creative Destruction Lab San Sebastián, and a member of the UNE CTN 71/SC 42 technical committee, Spain's AI standardisation committee.
