Vendock is operations software for vending-machine operators running roughly 5–100 machines (it works up to 500). It sits on top of the telemetry platform, vending management system or helpdesk an operator already uses, and adds the operating layer they leave out: turning machine, sales and complaint signals into planned, proven field work.
Dispatch: builds each worker's day from open tasks, routed on real roads, sequenced to SLA windows, and only sending a stock task to a van that carries the product. The manager approves the plan before workers see it.
Field execution: a native, offline-first app for iOS and Android. Workers check in at the machine with a QR code, photos are required to close a repair, and a manager reviews the proof.
Tickets: every machine can carry a public "report a problem" QR page. Complaints arrive as tickets linked to the machine, with a drafted reply that a person sends.
Inventory and money: par levels, pick lists, van load-out, cycle counts, variance review, cash settlement and location commission statements.
Ask Vendock: a page-aware assistant that prepares actions (create, assign or reprioritise tasks) that a person approves.
Outcome verification (optional): after a repair, checks the machine's own data to show whether the fix held.
Data comes in via CSV, DEX files or a signed webhook, so operators keep their existing telemetry and payment providers. Access is on request. One-minute product tour: https://vendock.app/demo/how-vendock-works
