Vekio is gym management software for gyms with one or more branches.
- Members and memberships: plans with optional usage limits (days or hours per week or month), renewals, and status tracking (active,
expiring soon, expired).
- Access control: check-in by QR code, fingerprint or face recognition on turnstiles and Hikvision/ZKTeco terminals, with automatic
check-out and denial of entry when a membership has expired.
- Payments and cash register: cash, card, transfer or per-visit charges, card charges sent straight to Mercado Pago Point terminals
with refunds, and daily open/close of the cash drawer with counted vs. expected cash.
- Expenses: one-off and recurring bills with receipts, categories and overdue tracking.
- Classes: recurring schedules, rosters per weekday and attendance.
- WhatsApp and email: automatic expiration reminders, plus a shared inbox for replying to members.
- Reports: income, expenses, attendance and check-in trends, exportable to PDF and CSV.
- Team: owner, admin and staff roles with permissions per branch.
