EVINAR is a digital winery management system that connects vineyard, grape harvest, wine cellar and work order management in one platform – from vineyard to bottle. Designed for wineries, winegrowers and wine cooperatives, it brings production data and daily operations together with complete traceability. Vineyard Management: vineyards and blocks, growers and suppliers, treatments and input usage, soil and grape analyses, weather stations, IoT sensors, satellite data and GIS maps. Grape Harvest Management: harvest planning, grape intake and weighing, sugar and quality data, reception certificates, settlements and grower payments, with traceability from vineyard to cellar. Wine Cellar Management: wines, vessels, transfers and cellar operations, oenological products, laboratory analyses with 30+ parameters, measurements with alerts, and complete production history. Work Orders & Integrations: plan and track work in the vineyard and cellar; connect laboratories, scales, sensors and ERP systems via integrations and API. EVI, the built-in AI assistant, helps users find information and guides them through everyday tasks. EVINAR is modular: family wineries can start with one module and expand, while cooperatives and larger organizations use advanced processes, automation and ERP integrations.
