VariationDesk is construction variation management software built for UK subcontractors to capture, price, approve and track additional work from site through to completion. Site teams use the mobile app to record variations as they happen, including descriptions, quantities, photos, evidence and signatures, with offline working for areas with poor connectivity. Office teams get a central record of every variation, including scope, pricing, rate cards, quotations, approvals and signed documents. VariationDesk also supports accounting workflows with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and FreeAgent integrations. Role-based access, secure evidence storage and activity logging help maintain control over commercial records.
