Dependencies adjust when tasks move. The Team overview combines planned hours per person across all plans and highlights weeks in red when workload exceeds capacity, helping you spot overbooking before it happens. Features include read-only sharing with comments, version history with baseline comparison, WBS numbering, Excel import/export and a mobile list view. The free version supports up to 25 activities per plan without an account or time limit. Paid access uses one-time licenses for 30 days or a year, with no automatic renewal. Accounts use email-only passwordless sign-in. Support is provided personally by email, usually the same day.
