ValuGrade is a self-serve web tool that helps small employers (5 to 100 staff) across all 27 EU member states build a clear, explainable pay structure for the EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970), without consultants or HR software.
Users score each role on the directive's four gender-neutral criteria: skills, effort, responsibility and working conditions. ValuGrade groups the roles into grades and sets a minimum, midpoint and maximum salary for each grade, and flags employees paid outside their band.
