Valori is a gallery management platform built for mid-size contemporary art galleries. It covers the full gallery workflow in a single tool: inventory management, artist records, contact CRM, sales pipeline, consignment tracking, exhibitions, invoicing, tearsheets, certificates of authenticity, and reporting.
The platform was designed from the ground up for how galleries actually operate. Artworks are the central object, with status tracking (available, reserved, sold), exhibition history, provenance, and pricing data attached to each record. The sales pipeline is visual and stage based, tracking deals from inquiry through to payment with conversion metrics and pipeline value at each stage.
Valori includes 2 features not found in other gallery management tools:
Pricing Intelligence : Pulls comparable sales data from Artsy's public market records, adjusts for inflation using CPI data, and generates pricing ranges based on artist, medium, dimensions, and career stage. Galleries can see where their pricing sits relative to the market before making offers.
Smart Classification: Automatically tags artworks with up to 130 art categories (movement, medium, subject, technique, visual properties) using a classification model validated against Artsy's taxonomy. Tags can be corrected by gallery staff, and corrections feed back into the model.
