ValidSign is an electronic signature platform from the Netherlands that lets organisations prepare, send, sign and archive documents digitally. Signatures are created in line with the European eIDAS regulation, from a simple electronic signature to advanced and qualified signatures, so signed documents are legally valid across the European Union. Signer identity can be verified in several ways, including email and SMS verification and European identification methods, and every transaction is recorded in an audit trail that is stored with the signed document. All data is processed and stored exclusively in European data centres. ValidSign is used by more than 3,500 organisations and integrates with business software such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, HubSpot, AFAS and Exact, and offers an open API for custom integrations.
