AUTOMATA Reports

1 review

AUTOMATA Reports is report-writing software for school and clinical psychologists. Users upload score reports, rating scales, prior evaluations and student records, and the software extracts the scores into a data sheet linked to the source pages. It then generates a psychoeducational report in the user's own template, including score tables, graphs, a discussion of each score as it relates to the student's eligibility, and score-specific recommendations. The software checks the written text against the tables and against publisher descriptor bands, flags mismatches, and requires the psychologist's approval before a report is finalized. It supports initial evaluations, triennials and re-evaluations. Student names and identifiers stay in the user's own files, and drafting runs on de-identified records.
