I love how Vacademy eliminates the need to use multiple software by serving as a complete solution from managing leads to live sessions and examinations. The AI chatbot is really helpful for resolving students' doubts, and the internal chatting platform is a great replacement for WhatsApp groups. The AI calling feature is also a standout. The continuous monthly updates that enhance the platform, including AI tools like the AI instructor copilot, AI paper creation tool, AI course creator, and the AI calling engine, are truly impressive. The technical support team is fantastic, making me feel like I have my own software and technical team. The setup process was very smooth and quick, with real-time support handling queries within an hour. The system and interface for teachers and students are well-designed, allowing for seamless logins and enrollments, along with a very good reporting system to monitor performance.
