Utgi Business is a management app built for small centres where several professionals share rooms: speech therapy and educational psychology centres, music schools, tutoring and language academies, and physiotherapy centres with a pilates room.
The schedule works by room and by professional, and it never lets two sessions take the same room at the same time. When a session is cancelled, the professionals working that day are told the room is free.
The day before each session the centre's WhatsApp number sends a reminder with two buttons, Confirm and Can't come. The answer goes straight to the schedule. Families can also ask to change a time, see the free slots of their professional and send a request that the professional accepts or declines. Reminders never mention the treatment.
Payments show the method, the date and who collected them, with daily totals in cash and card and a list of direct debits for the bank. Session packs and scholarships have a running balance, and the app warns the centre when only three sessions are left.
At the end of the month each professional downloads the same summary with students, dates, sessions, hours, gross amount, withholding and net, in PDF and Excel. Freelance professionals use it to invoice the centre.
Each professional only sees their own students and schedule. Each centre has its own database in the EU. We set up the app with the centre's rooms, services and data, train the team and give support by WhatsApp with a real person. The price is a flat monthly fee per centre, not per user, starting at 134 EUR per month, and the first month is free.
