ContractorRise is CRM and business software for US contractor companies, including remodelers, roofers and general contractors. Teams work with leads, follow-ups, estimates, contracts and invoices in one program. AI can draft estimate lines for contractor review; the contractor controls the scope, quantities and prices.
Job Financials supports recorded project costs and cost review, subject to accounting permissions and company setup. Subcontractor bid and work-order workflows require the relevant roles and configuration. Optional Roof and Solar measurement tools need provider setup and address coverage. Calls and texts use the company’s own Twilio account, with provider charges billed separately.
Every plan includes unlimited users. Free includes 10 AI estimates per company each month. Pro costs $49 per company monthly or $468 annually. Business costs $99 monthly or $948 annually. AI allowances are shared by the company. Four interactive Showrooms currently run in the US Construction installation; access for other companies is not yet generally enabled.
