Ur Timesheet is employee scheduling, time clock and timesheet software for businesses that run on crews: event staffing agencies, security guard companies, construction crews, and hospitality and logistics teams. It runs in a web browser and as an iOS and Android app, with one account across both. Managers map a venue or job site with zones, gates and stations, then build deployments and assign workers. Each name shows its cost before it is assigned, and shift offers go to workers' phones to accept. Open and emergency shifts can be posted to the crew. Every assignment is checked against rest windows, overtime caps, availability and double bookings. Some rules are warnings a manager can override; hard limits cannot be overridden. On shift day, workers clock in by tap, QR badge or GPS geofence, and supervisors can sign a whole crew in from a deployment. Live timesheets show who is on site, with late alerts and incident reports. When the shift ends, timesheets export as CSV, Excel or PDF for whatever runs payroll. Ur Timesheet does not run payroll itself. Clients of a staffing company get their own portal to request staff and watch positions fill. Workers use the app free, keep one account across every employer, and build a verified work history they can show the next employer. On the Pro plan, an AI assistant called Chief of Staff reads the schedule, rules and rates, drafts changes such as covering a call-out or building next week, and shows the plan with its cost. Nothing is booked until the manager confirms, and bookings can be undone.
