You have to double-check that all your correspondence is correct & that you are it to the right "crypto network". Once you take the time to understand it, it's easy. I have faith in the company and feel many of the negative reviews stem from user error. Some other thoughts on the platform- > I love the notes feature when completing a transaction. It is so helpful down the road to put details about the purchase info or your goals for the trade. I find it very useful. > I love the ease of use and simplistic design. >The also like the Icons for next to the crypto currencies > I like my recurring weekly deposit feature > I like the user interface Synopsis (to my freaking novel) I enjoy it. I have had success with it and have not had any suspicious activity towards my account. I've never had issues withdrawing, and overall if they made some improvements to their platform, I would stay with them for the long run.
