I have used the platform since Janruary. I made the switch with particular assets that would be no longer tradeable on my previous platform. I have made large transactions, both deposits, and withdrawals on several occasions. I have a weekly reoccurring amount that goes in. I love that feature because when I want to play around and buy a little something when there is a dip in the market, I usually have a little spending cash just chilling. #BTFD I have no issues to report, although there are a few changes that would be nice. I am not sure where all the poor Reddit posts and reviews stem from. Before I started making transfers to other wallets & my bank, I researched it and watched a few YouTubes on it. And I am SO GLAD I did that. If you send ETH to ETC (ethereum 2.0/Ethereum classic) network by mistakes- simply put- YOU'RE SCREWED. You have to double-check that all your correspondence is correct & that you are it to the right "crypto network". Once you take the time to understand it, it's easy. I have faith in the comapny and feel many of the negative reviews stem from user error. Some other thoughts on the platform- > I love the notes feature when completing a transaction. It is so helpful down the road to put details about the purchase info or your goals for the trade. I have had success with it and have not had any suspicious activity towards my account. I've never had issues withdrawing, and overall if they made some improvements to their platform, I would stay with them for the long run.
