UnitsHQ is cloud-based self storage management software for owner-operated facilities. It manages units, tenancies, invoicing and payments, and integrates with Xero and QuickBooks Online.
Each tenancy stores the unit, rate, billing date and any add-ons such as locks or insurance, and invoices are raised automatically each billing period. Contacts, invoices, payments and credit notes sync to Xero, and payments reconciled in Xero are imported back against the matching invoice. Each invoice line carries its own tax code, including GST.
Tenants have a self-service portal to view their balance, download invoices and pay by card or direct debit. Prospective customers can reserve a unit online. Operators can see occupancy, outstanding and overdue balances, and a log of every accounting sync.
Pricing is a fixed monthly fee based on unit count, in NZD, AUD or USD, with a 14-day free trial.
