Sixminute is automatic timekeeping software designed for law firms that want to recover work that would otherwise go unrecorded. It observes work across the applications a lawyer uses and turns that activity into complete time entries with the client, matter, duration and a client-ready narrative already supplied. The lawyer reviews each entry, corrects anything that needs attention, and releases it into the firm's existing practice-management or billing system.
Sixminute is built for confidential legal work. Captured activity is organised on the lawyer's device before model processing. Lawyers can stop capture at any time, and firms can exclude applications that should not be observed. Unreviewed entries stay private to the timekeeper. Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the API, database and encryption keys are hosted in Frankfurt. Firm and client information is never used to train models.
