Unikraft Cloud is a cloud computing and virtualization platform for developers and engineering teams running AI agents, code execution sandboxes, databases, browser automation, and general-purpose applications. It supports CPU and GPU workloads. The platform combines hardware-isolated microVMs with millisecond startup times and stateful scale-to-zero to help teams reduce startup latency and idle compute costs.
Teams can pause idle environments and resume them with their state preserved, launch instances from reusable templates, fork running environments for parallel tasks, and create checkpoints to restore previous states. These capabilities support workloads ranging from AI-generated code execution and headless browsers to serverless databases, functions, and build and test environments.
Unikraft Cloud supports deployment from Dockerfiles and existing container images, with a CLI, APIs, SDKs, and Kubernetes integration. Deployment options include dedicated hosts, the customer’s own cloud, and on-premises infrastructure, giving teams control over where their workloads run.
