Since 1969, Unco Data Systems have been supporting independent and franchised water treatment companies, bottled water distributors and other similar companies for over 50 years. Providing accurate accounting, customer management, and specialized dealership analysis reports has been the keystone of our operating system for decades. Our end user support is provided by employees with expertise in our customers' businesses. Our customer support team has real world experience in the water industry. Unco Data Systems offer three software products that interface with each other to increase efficiencies in your business. WorkWare is configured on a company-by-company basis to retain and provide access to electronic customer records, automate scheduling and dispatching for route and service operations, generate invoices and statements, and provide detailed accounting and management reports. LeadTracking allows all sales inquiries to be recorded manually or via electronic interfaces. WorkWare and LeadTracking are designed to work together seamlessly. Your LeadTracking database is enhanced by having WorkWare. LeadTracking uses data from both systems to give you reports that are a cut above your current array! Navigator eliminates manual ticket entry, interfaces with navigation software, emails receipts, and allows your operations staff to adjust route sequencing & customer delivery frequencies.
