Umadeit is an iPhone app for Canadian freelancers, contractors, gig workers and small service businesses that keeps bookkeeping and tax prep in one place. Users can turn estimates into invoices in one tap with GST/HST, PDF export and paid/unpaid tracking, capture or import receipts and link them to transactions, and import bank CSVs from RBC, TD, BMO, Scotiabank, CIBC, Tangerine, AmEx and more into a review queue without a bank login. Mileage can be logged manually or automatically via car Bluetooth, with vehicle and home-office business-use percentages. Expense categories map to T2125 lines, CCA assets are tracked in a ledger, and a GST/HST page shows tax collected minus ITCs by quarter against the 30,000 dollar small-supplier threshold. A rough tax estimate includes both halves of CPP and provincial tax, a checklist flags issues such as missing receipts, and an annual PDF/CSV report can be exported for an accountant. A Web Workbench pairs with the iPhone for a desktop browser session. Umadeit does not file taxes and covers GST/HST only, not PST/QST.
