UIA Cita is an AI agent for beauty salons, hair salons and appointment-based clinics. It replies on the business's own WhatsApp Business number, at any hour. It quotes the price and duration of each service from your own list, books only into free slots, reserves the real length of each service, and can book with the staff member the client asks for. It sends a reminder the day before, reschedules in the same chat, asks for a Google review after the visit and invites clients back when their next session is due. It says it is an assistant; when someone mentions a symptom or needs a person, it alerts the owner, who sees every conversation on their phone. It does not answer phone calls, listen to voice notes or take payments.
