The transparency it gives us is definitely the most helpful feature of ufleet. We see order statuses and can track delivery plans execution in real time. We know the level of service for each single delivery, on average for the day/month, or for each customer over longer periods. When certain metrics are off we take actions. In general, employees behave more responsively after we introduced Ufleet.
