Ubrix is a UK new build housing platform for private housebuilders, principal contractors, housing associations and local authorities. It carries a single plot record from reservation through build to the end of the defects period, and delivers it through three connected apps. The Site App is used by site managers and inspectors in the field. It allocates tasks to field workers, delivers configurable inspection forms built with an AI assisted form builder, captures geotagged and time stamped photos, and records plot progress against programme. It generates compliance reports from jobsite data, including plot-level energy compliance evidence with an eight stage audit trail and dual sign-off, built for the Future Homes Standard applying from 24 March 2027. The Contractor App gives the supply chain its own workspace. Ubrix triages inbound snags and defects automatically with Smart Triage, and Auto-Assign routes each job to the pre-configured contractor. Contractors receive, accept, evidence and close out work in the app, giving housebuilders full accountability and a complete history against every plot. The Homebuyer App is the resident facing app. Home Assist lets homeowners self-resolve common issues, and residents report defects directly into the plot record. Ubrix runs the response clocks required by the New Homes Quality Code so complaints do not lapse into a New Homes Ombudsman referral. Behind the three apps, Ubrix manages the sales journey, tracking prospects, reservations and plot handovers in a centralised database alongside build and aftercare, so there is no handover gap between sales, site and customer care. Reporting and integrations sit across the whole platform. Ubrix is Cyber Essentials certified, ICO registered and GDPR compliant. It is priced per plot per month with unlimited users.
