U.S. AgriDocs is a digital food safety and compliance platform for USDA regulated and third party audited food facilities. It replaces paper based recordkeeping with a digital system in which compliance records are created, validated, and stored at the point and time of the activity on the plant floor.
The platform digitizes a facility's existing food safety program, including HACCP plans, sanitation standard operating procedures, and monitoring records, rather than requiring the facility to adopt a new program. Records are captured on tablets or mobile devices during routine tasks such as pre operational inspection, receiving, temperature monitoring, and pre shipment review, and are time stamped and attributed to the individual who entered them.
Its alerting system, TONC (Threat of Non Compliance), evaluates entries against the facility's defined critical limits and flags deviations in real time, routing them to a manager or administrator for corrective action. Managers can monitor compliance status remotely rather than reviewing paper logs after the fact.
Additional capabilities include corrective action documentation, an audit trail of verified records, role based access, and permission based view only access for inspectors and auditors. The platform supports USDA FSIS requirements for meat and poultry establishments and audit schemes including SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, and GMP based programs.
U.S. AgriDocs was founded by a former USDA FSIS inspector and a food manufacturing plant owner. The platform is in active use in USDA inspected facilities. The technology is patent pending, and the U.S. AgriDocs and TONC marks are the subject of pending U.S. trademark applications.
