What's included:
- Requests: your own booking page and a form for your website (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress and more). Customers choose services and add-ons, mark the condition, add photos and pick a day. They don't need an app or an account.
- Prices: an estimate with a price range, a quote customers approve online, then the invoice. Mark it paid by cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, bank transfer or check. Your payment details print on every invoice.
- The day: working hours, scheduled visits, a reminder email the day before, "On my way" texts from your phone, a job timer, and before and after photos.
- Customers: a customer list (CRM) built from your requests, with each customer's vehicles, visits and history.
- The next job: before and after photos fill your page's gallery. Review requests after every job, rebooking emails 1, 2, 3 or 6 months later, and 12 print and social pieces with your QR code, from business cards to door hangers and mirror tags.
- Your numbers: earnings by week, month or year, per hour on the job, and what's still owed. Stats show where your visitors come from. Export customers, requests, quotes and invoices as CSV.
The TwoBucket app for iPhone and Android is included in the plan. A push alert arrives the moment a request comes in. Open it, look at the car and the photos, and send the quote from the driveway. Requests, customers, schedule, earnings and stats are all on your phone.
