Telora is clinical decision support software for telehealth companies. It connects to an existing telehealth platform or EHR through an API and generates draft clinical documentation for each patient encounter, based on the patient's intake.
For each encounter, Telora produces a draft SOAP note, suggested ICD-10 and CPT codes, drug interaction and contraindication checks, a formulary recommendation, and a draft patient message in English or Spanish. All output is reviewed, edited, and signed by a licensed provider before anything reaches the patient. Telora does not prescribe on its own. Encounters are sorted into a queue by status: ready for review, flagged for caution, or escalated.
Telora's clinical rules are written and reviewed by a physician medical director. In some cases they apply stricter criteria than the medication's labeling. The software does not replace the customer's EHR, scheduling, or routing tools. It works alongside them.
Telora is designed for direct-to-consumer telehealth companies that handle asynchronous (store-and-forward) visits, typically 500 to 50,000 encounters per month. Supported service lines include weight management (including GLP-1 medications), hormone therapy and TRT, sexual health, mental health medication management, and peptide therapy.
